So I’ve been seeing an oesteopath for a painful shoulder. He has done some tests and also given me massages that relieve the pain slightly. However after a few days the pains returns. He said that I have a damaged tendon in my shoulder and is in the process of writing a letter to my GP to get me an unltrasound.
I don’t like taking pain killers daily so decided to try some CBC rapid cooling pain cream by Medterra. It gave me a tingly itchy feeling to start with but then the pain completely subsided. It is the first time I have used it so not sure how long it will last, but hoping it lasts for a while. So far great stuff!
Has anyone had any long term experience of using the CBD cream for pain relief?

I havnt had any experience personally however my dad has. He had back and joint pain, I got him some CDB which relieve the pain to an extent. I am 110% going to look at the CBD cream for him now.
Great news about your dad. I’ll keep trying and keep you posted about my shoulder pain. It’s been a few hours and I’ve felt nothing! Just hoping longer term it helps!
